Space Guidelines

Welcome to The Archive – a creative space dedicated to art, movement, and meaningful experiences. To ensure a respectful and inspiring environment for all guests, please follow the house rules below:

1.1. The Archive is a creative space intended for events, photo and video shoots, rehearsals, workshops, exhibitions, and private gatherings.

1.2. Booking the space implies full acceptance of these rules.

1.3. The organizer/renter is fully responsible for maintaining order, protecting the property, and ensuring the safety of all participants during the rental period.

2.1. A booking is considered confirmed only after the date and time are agreed upon with a representative of The Archive and the prepayment has been made.

2.2. The standard prepayment is 100% of the rental amount (unless otherwise agreed).

2.3. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the rental, the prepayment is non-refundable

2.4. If the booking is rescheduled less than 24 hours before the start time, an additional administrative fee may apply.

3.1. The rental time includes preparation, setup, and cleanup.

3.2. Please respect the next bookings and leave the space on time.

3.3. If the booked time is exceeded by more than 15 minutes, an additional hourly fee will be charged.

4.1. Furniture, lighting, and decorations must not be moved without prior approval from the administrator.

4.2. The use of open fire, smoke bombs, or any substances that may damage the floor, walls, or equipment is strictly prohibited.

4.3. For shoots involving liquids, paints, glitter, fabrics, food, or animals — please inform the administration in advance.

4.4. After the session, the space must be left clean and tidy.

5.1. The renter is financially responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.

5.2. In case of property damage, the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit or charged additionally.

5.3. The Archive is not responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items.

6.1. Please treat the space, neighbors, and staff with respect.

6.2. It is forbidden to be in the space under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6.3. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises.

6.4. When playing loud music (e.g., during parties or rehearsals), please keep a reasonable volume level, especially during evening hours.

6.5. City night-time noise ordinance applies from 22:00. Noise must be significantly reduced after this time, including music, amplified sound, or loud activities.

7.1. The Archive may use photos or videos taken during events for promotional purposes (with your consent).

7.2. If you do not wish for images from your event to be used, please inform us in advance.

8.1. The administration of The Archive reserves the right to refuse a booking without explanation.

8.2. Any changes to the rental details (time, format, number of participants) must be confirmed in advance.

8.3. Booking the space constitutes full agreement with these terms and conditions.
